This was one of my favourites sessions so far, I found the Eden and Akermann model really helpful to get my mind thinking on how to best prioritise and channel my communication effectively. I will certainly be using this model during future project work. I also as always found it helpful to chat to others during the break out sessions and found a conversation on assertive communication helpful to challenge my way of thinking again I will be using my learnings to consider when I need to lean in and out of that style.
