HR apprenticeships, including HR Support, strengthen hiring and onboarding and lay the groundwork for developing and rewarding your workforce in line with your HR mission and strategy.
Over 14 months, this programme builds the confidence to provide legally compliant advice, handle day-to-day HR queries, and support HR processes and systems.
Learners finish ready to contribute meaningfully to employee experience and organisational success.
This Programme Aims To:

Portfolio of Evidence
Workplace evidence (work product, meeting notes, reflective/witness statements, project plans and proposals) forms the basis of EPA discussions and activities.

Monthly 1:1 coaching to apply skills, troubleshoot challenges, and collect the right evidence for End-Point Assessment.

You must be able to understand and articulate yourself to a level that will allow you to benefit from and ultimately pass the End-Point-Assessment of the qualification
How is The Programme Assessed?
End Point Assessment (EPA) occurs at the end of the apprenticeship against the occupational standard.
The EPA period is typically 3 months and includes:
A consultative project
A practical HR-focused project addressing a real business issue.
Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of workplace development evidence
A structured discussion referencing collected workplace evidence.
